Portable Jaw Crusher Plant Advantages

Based on different requirement, it can be used for independent using or combine with other mobile crushing plant to do the second crushing stage or third crushing stage.

The mobile jaw crusher can directly reach the quarry site by trailer, and eliminates the cumbersome steel frame structure and foundation construction, saving a lot of time.

The mobile crushing plant can process materials on site without having to move the materials off site for reprocessing, which greatly reduces the transportation cost of materials.

With Reasonable and compact structure, it can save the space and improves the flexibility of site stationing.

Working principle

Mobile Jaw crushing plant includes Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Half Suspension Trailer Chassis, and other supporting parts. The material is fed into the hopper by the loader. Vibrating Feeder can prescreen the material during its working process, and the material whose diameter is smaller than screen bar distance falls from the feeder. The bigger material will enter into Jaw Crusher. The crushed material will be carried out by the belt conveyor.
