Working principle

VSI Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher adopts a new impeller with the stone inner liner (exclude the open impeller). The impeller revolving fast as a pump rips the stone into the crushing chamber. The material feed from the top of the machine should be accelerated in the impeller. The speed of the material is up to 50-85m/s. The impeller throws the speedy material into the chamber. In this process , stone will be crushed into the sand an fall down form the bottom part .
