MS Series three-axis horizontal vibrating screen is absorbing advanced tech. Due to its horizontal installation, it occupies a small site space, and is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, transportation and other industries.
The three-axis drive can make the screen machine produce ideal elliptical motion, which combines the advantages of circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. It has the characteristics of good screen permeability, large processing capacity and small installation height.

Advantage

Large processing capacity, efficient anti-blocking, not easy to block holes and materials, smooth material screening, high screening efficiency. Elliptical vibration track, adjustable amplitude, can deal with a variety of materials.

The three-axis drive can make the screen machine produce ideal elliptical motion, the amplitude can be adjusted, and the oscillating track can be selected according to the actual material condition, which is more advantageous for materials that are difficult to screen.

The screen is lubricated with thin oil system, which effectively reduces the bearing temperature and greatly increases the service life of the bearing.

The three-axis drive improves the force condition of the screen frame, reduces the load of a single bearing, and the side plate is evenly stressed, which further improves the reliability and life of the screen.

Working principle

MS Series three-axis horizontal vibrating screen is composed of motor, transmission device, screen box, rubber spring, bottom frame, damper and so on. When the screen is working, the power is transmitted from the motor to the driving shaft of the exciter and the gear vibrator (speed ratio is 1) through the V-belt, so that the three shafts rotate at the same speed and generate the exciting force. The exciter and the screen box have high strength bolts. Linked to produce elliptical motion. The material moves with the high-speed elliptical motion of the sieve machine on the screen surface, quickly stratifies, penetrates the screen, and moves forward to complete the classification of the material.
