YK Series Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen consists of the alteration parts such as sieve box, exciter, etc. which is regarded as mass of vibrating, the elasticity components such as rubber spring, build up the single-mass forced vibration system. The motor through the driving of belt pulley makes the exciter swing round speedily. The continuously forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force generated by eccentric axis and eccentric block. Under the influence of sieve box, the materiel are tossed forward successively on the inclined sifter, they were classified as thrown up, and the pellets were sieved out when they are falling, so that the classification of Materiel’s grain size could be achieved circularly.
